No!  Pedal at your leisure, or switch it up with someone in a non-pedal seat.  We also have a motor; just in case the pedaling turns into dancing at some point in the cruise!

The capacity of the boat is 20 passengers.  12 pedal stations and bow seating for 8.

The pedal stations are taken on a "first come" basis, but we do our best to ensure that everyone that wishes to pedal gets a chance.  Passengers are free to move around the boat, unless we're docking.

Yes! Riders who are of age are welcome to bring beer, wine or hard seltzer (no hard alcohol please) to enjoy on their Cycleboat ride! Of course, non-alcoholic beverages are okay too! We have ice, coolers and cup holders on board to make sure you always have a cold drink on hand.  Please keep in mind that open containers are only allowed on board the Cycleboat and cannot be taken back onto the dock.  Lastly, please avoid glass containers whenever possible.

There is a MARINA STORE located at the end of our dock!  They have a wide selection of beverages and snacks, which is much easier than transporting your own beverages.  We don't have extra room for your large coolers, so we provide coolers and ice.

This should go without saying, but we’re going to say it anyway: you must be 21 or older (and have the ID to prove it) if you plan on drinking adult beverages on the Cycleboat. .

Yes!  Don't worry, we have a bathroom (aka "head") on board.  However, it's encouraged to piddle before you pedal.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes in advance (maybe visit the restaurant/bar on our dock!).  For public tours, the boat will leave on-time without you to be fair to the other passengers (no refunds).  For private charters, we'll leave whenever your group desires.  However, we can't extend the tour as we have to return on schedule for the next tour.

We try to sail rain or shine. We will only cancel a tour due to severe weather (wind above 13-15mph or lightning), or possibly if fewer than 6 passengers.  Weather systems are sometimes fast-moving over the lake, we'll do our best to give as much advance notice of cancelation as possible.

- If we cancel, you'll receive 100% refund.
- If you cancel less than 72hrs in advance, you can not be refunded.

- Prior to 72hrs in advance can be rescheduled or refunded, less a 15% administrative fee.

Of course!  Children 8 and over are welcome.  Please be sure to consider the the potential "environment" of a public cruise, and also that the tours last 90 minutes.  Please let us know prior to your cruise, so we can be sure to have properly sized life jackets (required to be worn at all times for children 12 and under).

Sorry, swimming isn't allowed due to regulations and liability issues.
